About Us
At the Taoist Longevity Center, known as Wu Yi Dao, we strive to create a bridge between the East and the West by sharing knowledge of the ancestral Taoist arts and Taoist Medicine. Our approach is based on three essential aspects, reflected in our name - Wu Yi Dao:
Wu: The Martial Arts (WuShu, which means this in Chinese).
Yi: Medicine (Yi, which means Medicine in Chinese).
Dao: Taoism, where we explore its wisdom and cosmology, always with an open perspective connected to the balance between "heaven," "man," and "earth."
Our door is always open for consultations, therapies, classes, and retreats.
We offer practices such as QiGong (ChiKung), Tai Chi, Kung Fu, among others, all rooted in the tradition of Wudang. Our professionals, with extensive experience, have had the opportunity to learn directly at the Temple of the Five Immortals in China, under the guidance of Grand Master Du Song Feng.
Our intention is to help promote health and balance in daily life.
